about the founders
Kaizen Manga Café is the dream Sara never knew she was preparing for. Back in her university days, she longed for a cozy café where she could work, relax, and feel inspired—but every place fell short. Later, when she started working in co-working spaces, the sterile, lifeless environment made her miss that sense of community even more. And as a die-hard manga lover, Sara wished she could read all the latest titles without the hassle of buying and storing them. That’s when the idea of a manga café began to bloom—a space where people could work, connect, and dive into the world of manga.
The real turning point came when Sara was laid off from her corporate job. Rather than feeling defeated, she saw it as the perfect opportunity to finally bring her café dream to life. With the unwavering support of her loving husband, Aziz, who shares her love for anime, they decided to take the leap. Together, they envisioned Kaizen Manga Café as not just a café, but a hub where creativity, community, and manga unite.
Now, Kaizen Manga Café is more than just a passion project—it’s a place for manga lovers and creatives to find their own inspiration, one cup of coffee and one chapter at a time!
