What if I don’t join the waitlist?
You can still become a member after September 1st, but you’ll miss out on the $20 extra credit.
When do memberships begin?
September 1st is the official launch day. That’s when we’ll send out invitations to everyone on the waitlist.
Will I still be able to come without a membership?
Yes—but only for takeout upstairs. Access to the lounge and coworking space will be for members and day pass holders.
Can I use my tab for cash or save it?
Tabs apply only to Kaizen food and drinks; no cash, no carry-over.
How can I cancel my pass?
You can manage your subscription through the LaunchPass welcome email.
